What does event AV cost?

Your quote covers the equipment, dates, delivery, setup and technical support you need. Send us your plans and we will put a written quote together.

When should I enquire?

As soon as you have a date, even if nothing else is settled. For an event coming up soon, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Do you deliver and set up?

Delivery, setup and collection are agreed in your quote. Tell us what your own team will handle.

Can you run the AV during the event?

Yes. Tell us if you need an operator, and the agreed technical support goes into your quote.

Can you help me choose equipment?

Yes. Tell us the venue, the audience size and what you are planning, and we will recommend what you need.

Can you use the venue's equipment?

Often, yes. Tell us what the venue provides and we will check what can be used and what else is needed.
